Galletas Principe

Principe cookies are truly fit for a king! Artisanal baker Edouard de Beukelaer first made these galletas (cookies) in 1890 as an offering for the prince of Belgium, who adored chocolate and cookies. These can be found today in many countries under several names, all referential to royalty.
