MisterCorn

MisterCorn Frutos Secos

MisterCorn should be remembered as a cornerstone Bounty. As a young man studying in Spain, I would never be caught without a small bag of these. I’m lucky I didn’t develop gout from sodium overconsumption, because these are some salty boys.

A staple bar snack across Spain, these nuts and raisins pertain to the domain of frutos secos meaning “dried fruits”. I’ve always found this curious as raisins (the only actual fruit involved) make up less than 4% of this mix. Even in the absence of raisins or fruit all-together, the Spanish still refer to these snacks broadly as frutos secos. Consider MisterCorn to be the Kleenex of frutos secos.
